 To: raid             < must be the word 'raid' (upper/lower case)
 Subj: password -I -Q < your remote access password; try the password
                        listed in the status display if you're unsure.
                        -I (optional) asks Raid to file-attach an 
                           information file to the reply.
                        -Q (optional) displays available areas with
                           descriptions rather than only the names.
 Body:                     
 areaname       < add an area    \  one change
 -areaname      < delete an area /    per line please      
                < no add/delete implies a status request

These addresses are currently configured to receive all newly created file areas as they arrive at %address%. If %remoteaddress% is not on the list and you would like it added let me know.
