Even  on a  sunny day,  this park  could not  be a nice  place to  spend some
leisurely time at.  Unbelievable as it may sound, there are quite a  few people
who wander around in here and you could very well meet them!  Be forewarned ...
there are some STRANGE people in this city and many of them hang around in this
park! So expect the unexpected, who knows, you may even encounter a martian!
  Good thing that there is a lot of foliage  around the park,  you quickly duck
into one of the bushes so that the passing figures won't notice you (and try to
steal from you). The grass is littered with garbage and animals stray about the
premises as if this is their only home.  You also notice several illegal trans-
actions going on around the park, as well. Wonder where the police are?!
