A foul stench surrounds you as you enter the suburbs of the town.  Grass is a
rare sight  among the rows of  houses that are  in shambles and  falling apart.
All your fellow criminals live here, hiding out, figuring that  there is safety
in numbers.  At least,  if the cops came and  raided a house,  they wouldn't be
able to decide which one to start at first.  Be warned, some veteran crooks may
have been taken advantaged of in the past,  so they MAY have  installed burglar
alarms in their homes.  Also rumored is a roaming  vigilante group that patrols
the  area,  after  having  their  houses  hit  several  times in a  few  weeks!
