THIS TEXT DESCRIBES THE PROGRAM JAILEDIT.EXE. WARNING!!!!! I DO NO RECOMMEND YOU PLAYING AROUND WITH THE EDITOR AS IT MAY CAUSE SERIOUS PROBLEMS WITHIN THE GAME!!! PATHS SHOULD NOT BE ALTERED AS YOU MAY CREATE DEAD ENDS THAT A PLAYER CAN NOT GET OUT OF. If for some reason that I can not anticipate you need to alter the jail.dat file that contains the 500 cell prison then follow the following guidelines: 1. Last Person in Cell: This field must contain either NONE or the name of a user. 2. Paths: There are four fields that contain the paths in and out of the current cell block. DO NOT CHANGE the first two of these as the game will be seriously effected. The last two can be altered but I wouldn't know why you would want to. 3. Weapon: This field shows what weapon is located in the cell for a user to pick up. It is in the form of 0 to 5. 4. Guard: This is in the form of NONE or YES if there is a guard in the cellblock. 5. Money: Money lying around the cellblock. Can range from 0 to infinity. 6. Store: Whether there is a store in the cellblock or not. in the format of YES or NONE 7. Others in cell: These three fields contain others that are currently in the cellblock. The options are: NOBODY or the name of a game player. 8. Bomb: Is there a bomb in the cell. YES or NO 9. Who Placed the bomb: If there is a bomb in the cell then who placed it there. 10.Prison Industry: If there is an industry in the cellblock. Format is NONE or Name of the type of industry that is there. 11.Owner of Industry: If theres an industry in the cell then who owns it. This is blank or the name of the player that owns it. 12.# of Inmates Guarding Cell: If warrior inmates were left to guard cell then how many of them are there. This is in the format of 0 to infinity. 13. Who Guards belong to: If warrior guards are in the cell then who hired them. This is in the format of either a blank or the players alias that hired them. 14. Gang guards belong to: What gang do the guards belong to. The format is 0 - 5. You MUST follow these field formats or you will critically impair the game play!!!! Once again I would recommend not altering the game play area using JAILEDIT.EXE. It was included only for occassions that might occur that I presently don't anticipate as a means of editing the game play area.
