    If you are upgrading from v1.16 to v1.17b please make sure that you
read the INSTALL.DOC file. It will describe all steps necessary to make your
conversion process as easy as possible.

        A note to all SysOps:

        PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR BBS ADVERTISEMENTS WITH MY GAME FILES.
I have had many users complain about getting an archive that was missing DOCS,
or had a corrupt PIT.EXE, or even the game files (including user names) from
another BBS. A bad archive or executable makes me look bad, and does not
make other SysOps happy when the game refuses to run.
