Here's the new version.  I removed Mickey Mouse and replaced it with a
picture of an elf (non-Disney elf).

You'll also notice that the file is smaller.  It isn't because the mickey
picture was so large, but because I improved on the program to compress
them into the .GPH files.  The current version still uncompresses them fine
(even a little faster than the old one file).

Oh and in the write up of it, could you add that PrintPartner doesn't
support MonoEGA cars?  I didn't find that out until after I released it.
For some reason it recognizes monoEGA as regular EGA and the screen
winds up looking very strange (and unreadable).
