This File should be placed in the same directory as your CATSCAN.KEY its purpose is to exclude certain directories from being scanned by catscan some people have certain directories they want excluded from being scanned. This is the answer... just put the drive/path of the directories you want excluded from scanning.. examples are listed below. C:\UPLOADS\PRIV C:\MYSTUFF H:\NOSCAN ADD as many as you want... But unless you really understand what this is doing then your better off just deleteing this file and not using it... The File name is fixed and it must be EXCLUDE.TXT and it Must be in the same directory as the CATSCAN.KEY If this file does not exsist then catscan works just like normal.
