    For the purposes of the following licensing restrictions, a "vendor" is
    defined  as  any  person  or legal entity who either receives a fee for
    distributing copies of Galaxy Lite V 1.6, or who  includes  a  copy  of
    Galaxy  Lite  V 1.6 with another item offered for sale (typically, this
    means including a copy of Galaxy Lite V 1.6 either on a diskette  or  a
    hard disk of a computer offered for sale).

    Any  vendor  who wishes to distribute shareware copies of Galaxy Lite V
    1.6 must meet one of the following requirements:

    1. The vendor must have been accepted as an  associate  member  of  the
    Association  of  Shareware  Professionals  (ASP).   For  information on
    becoming an associate member of ASP, contact:

    2. The vendor must obtain written permission from Starlite Software Co.
    Write  to  us  at  PO Box 370, Port Hadlock, WA 98339, and include your
    current catalog or advertisement.

    Vendors who do not meet one of the above requirements are not permitted
    to distribute copies of Galaxy Lite V 1.6.  Starlite Software Co.  will
    use all means at its disposal to protect its copyright, including,  but
    not limited to, legal action for copyright infringement.

    Under no circumstances may Galaxy Lite V 1.6 be distributed without all
    of the files on this disk included.
