Now that Free Agent 1.0 and Pre-Release Agent .99 are available, we will be revising our policies for customer support. While we would like to continue to provide the level and quality of support established during the Free Agent Beta Trials, we will be unable to do this for all the people who are using Free Agent at no cost. As a result, we will only be able to provide direct technical support via email to Agent .99 customers. We will however continue to monitor specific newsgroups frequented by Free Agent users on both Usenet and CompuServe.
We will also continue to update our Technical Support page with the latest technical information, including Frequently-Asked Questions (FAQ), information about known bugs, most-requested enhancements, etc.
In addition, Agent .99 customers can also use the Technical Support page, which will contain information on Agent-specific topics. This will allow you to solve many of your problems without even talking to our support team.
Please refer to your contract, or contact your Forté sales representative for the terms and conditions of your customer support agreement. To facilitate a quick response please have your Site Registration Number available.
